Creating & collaborating with online applications
Google Docs... has been the best tool to assist in getting the job done!
Here is a screen shot of my current google drive -
We have folders, subfolders, documents, spreadsheets recording assessment data, images, presentations... the sky is the limit.
We have taken many hours this year to modify, change or refine documents, especially those that we share and collaborate on together.
The most significant documents would be our programs that are shared on the drive - it has been a great tool and platform to support our ongoing collaboration.
I also must add that since our students have their own google account - they are also able to access google documents, presentations & spreadsheets just as we are able. The opportunities for students to collaborate and share their work/learning is something they are so proud of and they really love it.
